Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a full refund to the original payment method for products returned within our 15-day satisfaction guarantee, whether opened or unopened. Please contact our team to initiate a return, and we will provide a prepaid return label at our expense.

To qualify for a refund, the product must be returned to our facility for inspection. If more than 10% of the product has been used, the item will not be eligible for a refund. Products with more than 10% of the original powder used are considered ineligible for return or exchange.

All used products must be returned for inspection; however, please note that we do not resell returned products. Returned items are safely disposed of after inspection to ensure they meet our return policy criteria.

We cover all return shipping costs. Once we confirm the returned product meets our policy requirements (at least 90% of the original contents intact), we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment.

Exchanges

Customers may exchange a product for one of equal or lesser value. The exchange value is based on the price paid at the time of purchase. For example, if a product was purchased on sale, it cannot be exchanged for another product at the same price if the sale has ended.

Shipping Policy

USPS delivers packages by 8 p.m. on the estimated delivery date. Bulk Kratom Depot does not guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. USPS Priority Express is typically delivered the next business day (excluding weekends) but is not guaranteed as an overnight option. It may take up to two business days for delivery.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages are covered under our shipping policy. However, packages marked as “delivered” by tracking are the customer’s responsibility. For packages showing as delivered, the customer must contact USPS and file a claim. If a package is lost or damaged, contact our support team to resolve the issue.
