1. Shipping Schedule

Orders are typically processed and shipped within five (5) business days after payment is received.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping times may vary slightly during high-volume periods or due to carrier delays outside our control.

2. Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped using trusted carriers such as UPS and USPS, selected based on your location and order size to ensure the quickest, most cost-effective delivery.

3. Free Shipping

We are pleased to offer free shipping on:

All orders totaling $200 USD or more (before tax and discounts).

Orders below this amount will have shipping rates calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and chosen method.

4. Shipping Restrictions

Due to current laws and regulations, Bulk Kratom Depot LLC cannot ship Kratom products to the following locations:

States: Alabama, Arkansas, Connecticut, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Wisconsin

Cities & Counties: San Diego (CA), Oceanside (CA), Sarasota County (FL), Alton (IL), Jerseyville (IL), Edwardsville County (IL), Columbus (MI), and Union County (MI)

Other Locations: Ontario (OR) and all international destinations outside the United States

We continuously monitor state and local regulations and will update our shipping policies accordingly if any changes occur.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details. Tracking updates are typically available within 24 hours of shipment.
