Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer store credit for products returned within our 15-day satisfaction guarantee, whether opened or unopened. Please reach out to our team, and we will provide a return label at our expense. The product must be returned to our facility before store credit is issued. If more than 10% of the product has been used, the product will not be eligible for store credit. Products with more than 10% of the original powder used are ineligible for return or exchange. Customers must return the used product to us for inspection, but we do not resell any returned product. Returned products are disposed of after inspection to ensure they meet our return policy criteria. We honor all customer returns and cover return postage costs. After inspecting the returned product to ensure compliance (at least 90% of the original product), we will issue store credit.
Store Credit
Customers may receive store credit instead of a refund or exchange. Store credits will expire after 1 years. Credits can be transferred between customers.
Exchanges
Customers may exchange a product for one of equal or lesser value. The exchange value is based on the price paid at the time of purchase. For example, if a product was purchased on sale, it cannot be exchanged for another product at the same price if the sale has ended.
Store Credit Issuance
Once a return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued. It may take a few days to reflect in your account.
Shipping Policy
USPS delivers packages by 8 p.m. on the estimated delivery date. Bulk Kratom Depot does not guarantee delivery at a specific time of day. USPS Priority Express is typically delivered the next business day (excluding weekends) but is not guaranteed as an overnight option. It may take up to two business days for delivery.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages are covered under our shipping policy. However, packages marked as “delivered” by tracking are the customer’s responsibility. For packages showing as delivered, the customer must contact USPS and file a claim. If a package is lost or damaged, contact our support team to resolve the issue.
Same-Day Shipping
Same-day shipping is not guaranteed during promotional periods. Although we strive to ship orders the same day, higher order volumes during promotions may cause slight delays.
